Ferhana honed her skills as an intersectional storyteller and anti-racist educator at one of the world’s leading learning companies while also working with FTSE 100 companies to empower leaders to champion inclusivity, cultural competence and a continuous learning culture. With a decade of experience in academic publishing, Ferhana is an expert in inclusive content design (from guidelines and policy to training) and collaborated on the industry’s key anti-racist guidelines. This passion for inclusive pedagogy and learning and development is a key aspect of Ferhana’s DEI work and engagement.
As a lifelong learner herself, Ferhana has always been curious about the science of people at work and is currently completing her master’s in Organizational Psychology MSc at Birkbeck College of London, with a research focus on intersectional identity work.
