Habee has delivered multi-million-pound software implementation projects, involving significant cultural change. She also boasts Marketing experience in the food and beverage industry delivering challenger marketing campaigns. Having held key roles at an operational and commercial level, Habee has developed a well-rounded overview of business operations which is integral to the work she fulfils today in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) space.
Habee began advocacy work in DEI after becoming frustrated by her professional experiences. She sought to contribute to the solution which led her to design and facilitate workshops, delivering to clients such as the Major Projects Association and the Houses of Parliament restoration programme team. Habee studied Managing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion with the Chartered Management Institute and has experience working in DEI management consultancy with diverse clientele from industries such as Finance and Design. She also has experience working with Non-Governmental Organisations and recently supported the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Habee is particularly passionate about race, gender and disability equity and is keen to advocate how C-suite leaders can foster cultural change that embeds inclusive behaviour in business operations. Habee is equally passionate about gender equality in sports; as a World Champion powerlifter, she encourages women to realise their strength through sport and to dismantle harmful stereotypes women face whilst participating in male-dominated sports. She enjoys coaching women in the sport of powerlifting, and she currently sits on the national council of the British Drug-Free Powerlifting Association.
