Lara Augusta, brings powerful insights and experienced vision to the fields of corporate training, human development, project management, learning design and technology, and global events.
Over her 20+ years career, she has routinely acted as a catalyst for raising awareness in multiculturalism, cultural sensitivity, diversity & inclusion, and processes advancements within every professional environment she has worked in – with the most recent being in the Olympic Movement. Her ability to convey the message empathetically and effectively on topics that advances communication dynamics, collaboration, and growth across multiple cultures makes her a unique asset in projects and programs alike.
Lara is currently invested in a Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health, MSc through King’s College of London, and an International Coaching Federation Certification through IPEC. She also holds an Online Master of Science in Education in Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University, in addition to certifications in Coaching, Sustainable Development, Project Management, International Negotiations, Social Emotional Development, and Multiple Intelligences from prominent educational institutions such as Fundação Getulio Vargas, NYU, Yale, and Harvard University.
While maintaining her ability to deliver on her established reputation for generating positive change, Lara continuously pursues activities and goals that inspire herself, and others: as she remains committed to a lifetime of learning, she also collaborates on creative, progressive and intelligent dynamics to advance the human story in sustainable ways.
Lara is also a wife and mom to a curious 5-year-old girl, and a cheerful 18-month-old boy.
