True belonging never asks us to change who we are. True belonging asks us to BE who we are.” Brene Brown

Maureen Obatomi

Diversity and Inclusion Consultant

Maureen is a Leadership and Organisational Development Consultant, Facilitator and Executive Coach specialising in culture transformation and inclusive leadership. With over 15 years of experience across corporate, public and consulting sectors, she brings strategic insight, behavioural expertise, and a deep commitment to sustainable, human-centred change.

Her perspective is shaped by a distinctive background that integrates pharmacy, psychology, and leadership development—blending scientific precision with human insight. Maureen’s systemic, diagnostic approach to organisational transformation is rooted in her early career as a clinical pharmacist and informed by a deep understanding of behavioural patterns and strategic dynamics. She partners with leaders and teams to uncover root causes, challenge constructively, and co-create interventions that shift mindsets, resolve systemic dysfunction, and drive meaningful, lasting change.

Maureen works with C-suite leaders, senior teams, and people professionals to design and deliver leadership development, team effectiveness and culture transformation programmes that integrate behavioural science, systemic thinking and DEI strategy. She has also coached senior leaders and partnered with executive teams to navigate complexity, embed inclusive leadership, and build thriving, values-led cultures.  Her client work includes working with global blue-chip companies, public sector organisations, scale-ups, and non-profits, including Bloomberg, Unilever, PwC, Salesforce, and the Met Police.

Combining strategic clarity with emotional intelligence and a warm, insight-led style, Maureen creates psychologically safe spaces where individuals and teams can connect authentically, reflect deeply, and take courageous action—and where leaders can grow and lead with purpose. She is known for her ability to surface what’s unspoken, build alignment, and enable sustainable, human-centred change.

I love holding space for people to remember who they are—beyond the pressure, the performance, the noise. It’s deeply meaningful to witness someone reclaim their voice, shift their story, and step into leadership with courage, clarity, and heart. That’s why I do this work.

People are often surprised that I began as a clinical pharmacist—until they see how I still work: with precision, care, and a deep commitment to diagnosing and addressing what really matters.
