Karan’s expertise lies in developing and implementing effective strategies to foster inclusive behaviours and create diverse workplace environments. Karan’s mission is to ensure that as many workplaces as possible embrace inclusivity, driving both employee satisfaction and organisational success. From that mission, Karan has started his own company Vividh to achieve this goal.
