Nina Amoo is an organisational culture change and inclusion specialist, with a solid HR background, passionate about fostering inclusive, high-performing workplaces. With a wealth of experience working with award-winning consultancies and leading her own Consultancy offer, Nina delivers DEI solutions to SMEs and large organisations alike, empowering them to lead with purpose and inclusivity.
Nina Amoo’s career spans over twenty years during which she has led transformational culture change programs, coached senior leaders, and partnered with organisations to create inclusive, high-performing workplaces through effective systems, processes and behaviours.
Nina collaborates with leadership teams to embed DEI and inclusive strategies across organisations. She has worked with a range of clients, including large public sector organisations, healthcare providers, award-winning consultancies, and SMEs. Her work includes equipping HR professionals and Employee Network Groups with the skills to drive inclusion in their organisations.
Nina combines her strategic expertise with a warm, empathetic coaching approach to foster environments that inspire growth, reflection, and long-term change. Her holistic methods bridge diagnostic insights, coaching, and facilitation to deliver sustainable outcomes, bridging strategic goals with meaningful, sustainable action.
