Diversity and Inclusion Consultant
Victoria Dale is a highly accomplished Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Consultant with a strong corporate background. And she is a passionate advocate of using evidence-based approach to DE&I in the workplace.
Victoria’s career spans over two decades during which she has supported organisational transformation programmes, coached leaders, designed and implemented DE&I strategies and mentored HR Directors.
Victoria has worked across a range of sectors from large global firms to SMEs—transforming workplaces into thriving, safe, and inclusive environments. This includes global technology, automotive, engineering, defence, professional services, retail, media, transport and voluntary and public sector.
Victoria works closely with every client to understand the root cause of their DE&I challenges and support them to embed DE&I into their day-to-day operations.
With an eye for detail and a strong data driven approach, her expertise includes conducting DE&I audits of HR policies and practices, supporting ERGs, designing and delivering training and developing and implementing DE&I strategies.
Recent projects include designing and delivering a workplace allyship training programme for a newly established ERG and coaching HR and senior managers to develop a robust DE&I action plan.
As a facilitator and learning and development specialist, Victoria brings energy, passion and in-depth knowledge of DE&I to every session. She is known for inspiring, engaging and encouraging active participation—supporting clients to achieve meaningful and lasting change.
As an individual, Victoria is known for her ability to communicate complex ideas in an accessible way and to draw in and engage her audiences – even when discussing more difficult or uncomfortable topics.
I love helping organisations move from awareness to action and supporting them to deliver real, lasting change across their organisations. I’m especially passionate about creating spaces for individuals to share their stories and lived experiences in the workplace and using those insights to empower individuals, teams and leaders to build more inclusive, safe and thriving workplace cultures.
I completed a two-week trek to Everest Base Camp in Nepal. It was by far one of the most challenging and rewarding adventures I’ve been on.
