Aggie’s career spans over two decades where she has coached and empowered C-Suite teams, lead people teams and partnered organisations through transformational change as they create diverse, inclusive and engaged cultures.
She works with Exco leaders and their teams to deliver DEI strategies and Anti-Racism strategies. Cross industry organisations she has supported include global FTSE100 organisations, consultancy firms, retailers, third sector and public sector organisations.
Aggie combines her deep strategic thinking and her compassionately challenging coaching approach to create psychologically safe spaces for reflection, behaviour change and sustainable organisational change.
Aggie’s recent focus areas include:

- Developing global diversity, inclusion and racial equity strategies for large organisations and SME’s
- Exco inclusion coaching and support - including both 121 and group coaching
- CPO and CHRO coaching, advisory and inclusion/anti-racism education

- Partnering with the CIPD to educate and advise CPOs and CHROs on inclusion and anti-racism workforce strategies
- Advisory for the people profession on developing anti-racist organisations and having conversations about race
