Big Inclusion 4 – Mamta Saha

We had the pleasure of speaking with Mamta Saha, Accredited Psychologist, Transformational coach and speaker. Mamta uses her unique and compassionate style to empower individuals to step into their highest selves. Here’s what Mamta had to say in response to the Big inclusion 4

1. What do you think is the biggest challenge organisations are facing when it comes to diversity, equity and inclusion right now?

One rule for all. I have noticed that leaders who have a greater influence are ‘let off the hook’ if they discriminate and break the rules that ensure equality for all.

2. Why do you think diversity, equity and inclusion are important?

To ensure everyone has an equal playing field on which to play from a place of authenticity and strength in order to create something magnificent and truly unique together.

3. What advice would you give to someone who is struggling to make the right change in their organisation right now?

Cultivate a support network inside or outside of work. This will give you the right energy and support around you to advocate for what is right. Don’t give up and invite people to have bold, open and candid conversations in a safe space.

4. What do you love about what you do?

I love raising self-awareness in others. Helping them to see what they can’t and helping them grow and evolve in order to be mindful of how they show up for themselves and others.
