The answers to most problems lay within the organisation, the opportunity is slow down and listen internally, this takes a huge level of confidence however it benefits all.

What do you love about what you do?

The reaction, the progress the growth , the respect i receive for presenting me on my terms.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to become more inclusive, either professionally or personally?

It all starts with being the change you want to be and see, once you own that and remove the layers, find your tribe or hopefully your tribe will find you as you will be shinning like a beacon.
