What do you see as the biggest opportunities that organisations can take right now, and how do you suggest they leverage this?

“Today’s emerging workforce grew up in a globalised world, expecting and valuing diversity and inclusion. Organisations have a fantastic opportunity to meet these expectations by embedding inclusive culture into every layer of their culture. It’s about fulfilling the next generation’s demands.”

What do you love about what you do?

“I love bringing powerful, inclusive messages to new audiences—especially those who may not have had much exposure to diversity. Helping shift the narrative and broaden understanding is incredibly rewarding, and I love being a part of that.”

What advice would you give to someone who wants to become more inclusive, either professionally or personally?

“Professionally: working with inclusion experts like Mahogany Inclusion Partners can make the process simple and effective. Personally: let go of preconceptions and embrace the unique perspectives around you. You’ll find there’s always something to learn from others.”

When you think about diversity and inclusion, what is your vision for your organisation and for society?

“I love the word ‘togetherness -‘ it captures the idea of people working side by side, respecting each other’s differences and strengths, and creating something greater than the sum of its parts. I hope to see this sense of togetherness grow, with communities celebrating diversity as a source of strength and opportunity.”
