Biography

Louise Gardner is a partnerships and communications leader with more than 20 years’ experience spanning media, social impact, and brand storytelling. As Founder of The Up Club, she creates video content and partnerships for global brands, charities, and organisations. Louise has held senior roles at the British Chambers of Commerce, The Female Lead, and the United Nations’ Unstereotype Alliance, driving initiatives that champion equality, diverse representation, and business-led impact.

She has led major client relationships at News Corp, Newsquest, Reach PLC, and delivered multi-platform campaigns across broadcast, digital, and social channels. Her career is defined by a passion for purposeful storytelling, strong client relationships, and a commitment to helping organisations communicate with authenticity and impact.
