For almost twenty years, Nina has worked in various HR Generalist and Consultancy roles across a variety of sectors including NHS, Private Healthcare and Education.
She worked as Head of HR and the Strategic HR Lead for Diversity and Inclusion at St Christopher’s, where she specialised in people management, employee relations and the management of change. She has delivered several people management and leadership courses from frontline managers to senior level executives. Before joining Mahogany Partners, Nina worked with several management and Diversity and Inclusion consultancies such as Dearden HR and EW Group and is particularly interested in inclusive leadership development and organisational design, providing advice on high performing team structures.
More recently, Nina has become more focused on larger scale programmes involving transformational people focused solutions and cultural change within large public and private sector organisations, ultimately working with organisations to become an even better place to work. Nina was a key member of the Nightingale workforce project team commissioned by the NHS in response to COVID -19 Pandemic.
Nina is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a certified workplace coach, facilitator and independent workplace harassment and conflict resolution practitioner for CMP Solutions. She has also completed an MA in Strategic Human Resources.
