Richard Goff

Richard Goff is the Chair of three boutique peer networks for HR people: The People Director Partnership (www.peopledirector.org) for HR directors; Head Space for Heads of HR and Senior HRBPs whose next role is HRD; and The Partnering Partnership (www.hrbp.org) for HR Business Partners. 

Richard writes regularly on HR and leadership and specialises in connecting senior HR people for the purpose of supporting them, their organisations, and the profession.

Formerly with the CIPD for many years, where he set up their HR director networks, Richard also volunteers for a local community group, and mentors through Generation Success. He’s a Hall of Famer for HR Magazine’s Most Influential awards.
