Mahogany Inclusion Partners have partnered with UK Black Business Week to support the Black Allyship Programme, one of the most high-impact events at this year’s week-long series of events celebrating Black excellence and driving conversations that spark real change.
This transformative session is designed to help allies become more effective partners to the Black community, creating greater opportunities for the advancement of Black talent.
In collaboration with a leading Diversity and Inclusion coach, this interactive training will guide employees and senior leaders on how to:
- Support Black colleagues in meaningful and sustainable ways
- Recognise and challenge stereotypes, systemic inequalities, and microaggressions
- Build inclusive workplaces where Black employees feel they truly belong
